近年土地連用多元化及人民知識提高，對排水品質要求相對提高以往重點式維護方式，己無法滿足排水需求，經本會極力向縣府爭取，己獲縣府重視並逐年提高維護經費，對本會代管區排業務品質提升，助益良多。 Maintenance of Regional
Drainage System Delegated by the Government The I.I.A. manages a total of 75 number with 210 km long of regional drainage systems, which is a job delegated by the local government. Although constrained by insufficient funds, the I.I.A. has done satisfactory performance by effective use of its budgets available. This is evidenced by its honors to have been awarded prizes by the Provincial Governor and Reconstruction Department Commissioner. Upon the recent increasing demands of better functions of these drainage systems, and the repetitions by the Association to the Ilan County Government, the Government has finally increased fund allocation to I.I.A. year by year. Consequently, this has greatly contributed to the improvement of functions of the regional drainage systems.

本會代管區域排水系統總計七十五條，長度約210公里，由於本會致力區排維護管理，在經費嚴重不足之情形下，不惜斥資辦理該業務，成果豐碩，極獲上級肯定，並曾獲省建設廳長頒發大禹獎及省長頒發金質禹光獎。
