九十二年度『推廣省水管路灌溉計劃』設施補助案公告

1. 本縣土地依據平地及山地航測調查，可耕農作物總面積為三二、五九一公頃，其中除農田可灌溉面積二三、七四五公頃以外，旱地無灌溉設施及山坡地、丘陵地兩項面積，即有八、八四六公頃之多，這些旱地無灌溉系統設施之作物，如遇亢旱缺水灌溉常遭受歉收，導致收益偏低，耕作意願不高，而任其荒廢，至為可惜!

2. 本會有鑒於此，為積極配合政府有效利用土地之資源，發展精致農業政策，致力輔導農民旱作灌溉末端管路噴灑設施，以解決旱地灌溉上困難。截至九十年度止共輔導推廣管路灌溉設施面積四六八．三四八八公頃，受益農民已達六００戶之多。

3. 展望今後，為擴大服務旱作農民對省水、省時、省工之管路設施要求不斷激增之情況下，而為改善農業經營環境，提高農民所得利益，本計畫仍有繼續不斷擴大推廣之必要。　　

  Extension of Upland Crop Irrigation

1.  In Ilan County area, besides the irrigated area of 23,745 ha serviced by I.I.A., there are 8,846 ha un-irrigated, located on higher grounds and slope and hilly land.  Crops in these uplands often suffer severely when long-spell droughts occur.  Their harvests are usually low accordingly.  Farmers are hence reluctant to grow crops.

2. In view of this situation, the I.I.A. has made efforts to develop sprinkling irrigation systems in these lands.  As of 2001, a total of 468.3488 ha has been installed and irrigated by such systems, benefiting a sum of 600 farmer families.

3. Looking toward the future, upon the farmers’ increasing demands of water, time and labor-save pipeline facilities, and for betterment of agricultural production environment as well as enhancement of farmers’ incomes, the Association is preparing itself to fulfil these tasks.
